Technology Company swiss moonshot AG Launches Conversational AI Platform aiaibot

The Swiss start-up and technology company swiss moonshot AG is launching a Conversational AI platform from the cloud under the brand "aiaibot". The on- premise version of aiaibot is already available and successfully in use at numerous companies in the DACH region.

The swiss moonshot AG, headquartered in Zurich, is wholly owned by POLYDATA AG and thus a holding company of the PIDAS Group. Within the Group of companies, swiss moonshot AG stands for the strategic direction "Digital Innovations", which the Group is actively pursuing. Frédéric Monard, CEO of the PIDAS Group and Chairman of the Board of Directors of swiss moonshot, is convinced of the start-up:

With the founding of the new company, we are now moving one step further and will be able to bundle initiatives around software solutions in the areas of customer experience and service automation and bring them even faster to their goal.

«aiaibot» is available from a Swiss Cloud as well as on-premise

swiss moonshot AG does not start on a blank canvas and is therefore not a classic start-up. Technology-wise, the company is taking over the PIDAS software «LENA», which has been developed since 2017 and is already being used successfully by well-known companies in the financial and insurance sectors as well as in e-commerce. Our focus at swiss moonshot will be to push the further development of this platform under the new brand «aiaibot» with all our energy.

Already since November 2019, aiaibot is also available from a Swiss public cloud. This makes aiaibot the only powerful platform for chatbots, business automation and artificial intelligence that can be obtained directly from a Swiss cloud as well as on-premise. Further differentiating features are the unique user experience and the easy connection to existing third party systems.

Team of 20 people already in action

Also in terms of staffing, our aiaibot starter team with around 20 people is effectively equipped right from the start. CEO of swiss moonshot and thus responsible for the development of aiaibot is Urs Mäder, a dynamic leader and strong implementer, who previously worked for Sympany as Head of Customer Intelligence & Social Media and was also responsible for the realization of a chatbot on the company website. The strong and incredibly motivated aiaibot team is looking forward to the new challenge and is always ready to go the extra mile. aiaibot will enable SMEs in particular to use their own chatbots quickly and easily. aiaibot will work closely with the Zurich University of Applied Sciences (ZHAW) in the area of artificial intelligence research. In addition, a joint educational program will be developed around the topic of chatbots.
