Sophie Hundertmark was among the first master’s students in Switzerland to study chatbots and won the Best Paper Award at the 2018 IWW Internet Conference in Portugal.
Today she is an independent consultant for strategic guidance and implementation of chatbot projects.
As a founder of ai-zurich Sophie supports AI for the business community in Zurich and the German-speaking region of Europe. With ai-zurich, Sophie organises regular meet-ups and conferences on the topic of AI for business.
She has managed numerous successful chatbot projects of all types and scope, including for the likes of Swiss public-transport providers, insurance companies and banks. She has also worked with SMEs and sole traders.
Sophie enjoys working with other partners, providing chatbot expertise where it is lacking or in the early stages of development.
